PTO can use parent volunteers for assistance with classroom activities, computers, the Ice Cream Social, the Book Fair, the Silent Auction, providing refreshments for events, and other activities. Please call if you are interested in helping in any of these areas.



You can raise money for our school at no cost to you. When you shop at participating
eScrip business partners, a percentage of your purchase (up to 8%) is contributed to our school every time you use your credit, debit or club card.

Volunteer Opportunities

Parent involvement is always welcome at Paradise Elementary School. We encourage you to be creative in offering your time and talents to assist in our students' learning. Here are a few ways (there are many more!) you can participate in your child's school:

  • Classroom volunteer
  • Help with reading, writing, math, science, computers, PE, fine arts, history projects, classroom plays, etc. 
  • Volunteer in our library - contact the Library Specialist 
  • PTO (Panther Club) volunteer - contact one of the PTO Co-Chairpersons
  • Drive on class field trips
  • Help with special classroom projects
  • Give a presentation on your travels, job, hobby, etc.
  • Decorate for special events
  • Organize a party
  • Help with the Ice Cream Social, Spring Silent Auction, Trade-A-Book and other school-wide events
  • Help in the Student Store
  • Help in the monthly Panther Cafe 
  • Post student art and projects in the hallways
  • Help on School Clean-up Day
  • Do things outside school hours: make copies, shop for supplies, assemble party favors, make costumes
